Reservation Policy

Check-In / Check-Out & Reservation Info

All guests are required to check in at the lodge prior to proceeding to their site. Your site number will be assigned at check-in.

Check-In: 1:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM — additional fee for late check-outs
Deposit: $12.00 non-refundable deposit required on all reservations
Additional Guests: $5.00 per guest after the initial 2 — all day guests must register at the lodge
Payment: Payment in full is required on all RV and tent site reservations on the day of arrival
No Show: Results in one night's payment

To Cancel: Please call 907-822-5634. Text and email cancellation notices will not be honored.

Cancellation Policy

A $12.00 deposit is required on all sites and is non-refundable.

If You Paid in Full

48+ hours before arrival: Full refund, less the $12.00 deposit.
24–48 hours before arrival: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before arrival (including same-day): No refund — one night's payment will be retained.

If You Paid a Deposit Only

48+ hours before arrival: Deposit is forfeited — no further charge.
24–48 hours before arrival: An additional 50% of the total reservation is due.
Less than 24 hours before arrival: The full remaining balance is due.

No Refunds for Early Departure: In the unlikely event that you must check out early, we cannot provide a partial refund.

Ranch House Lodge & RV Camping has the right to move or change your assigned site.

Campground Rules

All campers, guests, and pets must be registered at the office upon arrival and prior to entering the campground. All fees are paid in advance.
Registered campers are responsible for ensuring their visitors register at the office and follow all camp rules. Unregistered visitors may result in you and your guests being asked to leave.
One unit per site, maximum 6 persons per site. Prices are based on 2 persons; additional guest fees apply.
No parking on or use of vacant sites at any time.
Respect the property of neighbors — do not trespass or cut through sites.

Water / Septic

We are not on city sewer lines and use our own septic system. Only disposable tissue paper, normal waste, and water may go down toilets or sinks.
Our water is well water. Bottled water is available for purchase at the lodge.
One water connection is allowed per site. Additional connections are $20.00 each.

DO NOT FLUSH BLACK TANKS. If you need to flush, there is a $25.00 fee. Our septic system has limited capacity, and flushing tanks can cause backups and odors.

Fire & Firewood

Fire rings are not to be moved. All fires must be contained in the provided fire ring.
Do not throw trash in fire rings.
Do not leave fires unattended. No foraging of firewood — firewood is available for purchase at the lodge.
Cutting firewood with an ax, hatchet, or chainsaw is not allowed.

Garbage & Recycling

Please bag garbage and use the bear-safe trash cans located throughout the campground. Only household garbage should be placed in these cans.
No hazardous or explosive materials in the dumpsters.
We recycle aluminum cans. Recycle barrels are located near each trash can — please remove cans from bags before placing them in the recycle barrel.

Quiet Hours

10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Pets

Pets are welcome when leashed and quiet. Do not leave them unattended, and please clean up after them.
Pets are NOT allowed in any buildings.
No washing of pet blankets or beds in the laundry.
Never leash a pet to the site pedestal.

Children

Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of their children and will be held liable for damages or vandalism caused by them.
All children under 18 must be at their sites by 10:00 PM.
Children under 8 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when visiting restrooms.
Children are welcome in the Lodge but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Additional Rules

No charging of electric vehicles. Violations subject to a $100.00 fine and possible removal from the campground. (Electric bikes are an exception — $10.00 fee applies.)
No outside appliances. Only one outlet may be used per unit.
No generator usage at any time.
No washing of vehicles or RV units.
No mechanical work allowed on RVs or vehicles.
Oil drainage or dumping is prohibited.
No discharging of firearms or fireworks.
No washing laundry in restrooms.
Do not move picnic tables from other sites.
No smoking or vaping in any buildings.
No ATVs or 4-wheelers allowed.
No clotheslines of any kind are allowed in the park.
No driving or parking on the grass. Do not cover grass with carpets or rugs.
$10.00 fee per night for outside freezers/refrigerators.

We reserve the right to change rules and policies as needed. For the safety and security of all guests, security cameras are in use throughout the campground.
